Hi. I'm Terri S. Turner, founder of Jewish Leadership Network. I believe our tradition teaches us that we are all called to lead.
Whether in our quiet moments, dreaming of moving from where we are to where we want to be, or in the most courageous instant when we decided to raise our hand in grade school, we all lead.
We lead ourselves. We inspire others. We build family. We guide neighbors. We join communities. We contribute on the job. We all lead.
Planting the seeds of leadership
My first memory of leadership was when I was in fifth grade. I was eleven years old. I wore a white shirt, a blue skirt and a bright orange safety patrol belt. I led younger students across the street to the safety of our school sidewalks.
That was my springboard toward: Student council officer, youth group president, lifeguard, college newspaper editor, management consultant, mother, scout leader, fundraising consultant, synagogue board member, business owner, trainer, mentor...the list goes on.

A veteran communications specialist, business consultant and leadership mentor, I’ve spent four-decades studying, improving and advancing programs that grow organizations, inspire leaders and empower teamwork.
Driven to explore and create, I am uniquely positioned to serve growth-minded organizations because:
